Looking for novels set between 1968-1984 about kids from 12-17 who smoke, drink, get high, steal and/or commit acts of vandalism or resistance against authorities. Ideally upmarket or literary books written more for adult readers but will also appreciate any commercial genre novels and YA recs as well. Bonus points if set in Europe or Latin America and especially looking for books set in Portugal or Brazil. Can be in English, Spanish, Portuguese or French.
