    1. There aren’t any great novelists writing in English anymore winning big prizes. There are some great novels but the titans of letters are all gone.

      So basically his argument is, “Everyone loved this book except for me. But since my view is the only objectively correct one, it shouldn’t have won the Booker Prize.”

    3. What a crap article. Really comes across as somewhere between “Old man yells at clouds” and “I didn’t like this book, so the booker prize is wrong.”
