Novel with body positivity theme

I recently read Dietland and loved its messaging around fatness and fat acceptance. I am looking for a similar book to gift for someone who would not like the pornographic or violent aspects of this particular book. Anyone know of any novels with similar messaging around fatness, body positivity, and feminism without the more explicit pieces of violence and pornography? No horror, YA, or romance, please.
