Hi everyone I'm looking for a book that feels like speaking to your grandmother. Imagine a vibe of, you have a fever, you feel awful but your grandmother boils some soup and sits beside you while you drink it. You tell your grandmother how stressed you are at school and she gives her advice. It's difficult for me to explain exactly what I'm looking for but maybe that can hint as to what it is.
Ultimately, I'm looking for a book that feels like an authority figure teaching you how to eat healthier, exercise, take care of your mind and space, find a job, navigate uni and relationships, etc. It doesn't have to be non fiction, and it doesn't have to be educational, just about topics related to what I mentioned. Also the race isn't that important but I feel really emotional when I hear stories about the culture I grew up with so an east or southeast asian main character would be nice as well.
I feel like I've set my standards too high and this is a shot in the dark but it's worth the try. I just need a comfort book right now. Thanks in advance to all responses.

For me this vibes has: Selma Lagerlöf, especially “The Wonderful Adventures of Nils”
