Question for parents – So I’m an author. I write scary books for kids. PG horror, like Goosebumps. Lately I’ve been mailing out books in spooky/creepy wrapping paper and since I’m an artist, I draw spooky little drawings on post-it notes with their name for the kids to use as bookmarks.
My question is, as a parent, would this bother you? If I could post pictures I would post examples.

Yes, sorry, that surprise personalization would really creep me out.
I think if I know I’m ordering from an independent author I’d really appreciate the personal touch. It would also make my kid feel more connected to the author which is always a good thing!
