Currently on the last pages of Marina Abramovics biography and i’m adoring it. Please give me more recommendations like this. It’s such a thick book but such an easy yet entertaining read with unexpected depth at the most random parts and every other page id find myself laughing out loud. I especially liked the parts with her interactions with the tibetan monks.
I’m very interested in other artists or "unconventional people's" lives & biographies. I also read Anthony Bourdains Kitchen Confidential this summer and absolutely devoured it.
(not really interested in biographies of political figures).
While it’s not mainly what i’m looking for i could also be open for "fictional biographies" such as the seven husbands of evelyn hugo if someone has a specific recommendation in mind (it’s one of my all time faves).
