Hi all,
I've been feeling pretty stuck in life lately—moving around, never really feeling like I belong anywhere, and realizing I’ve built most of my identity around work. I’d love something that helps me gain perspective on purpose, belonging, and how to get out of this weird limbo, and how to move forward in things like friendships, relationships and creating your own self.
What I enjoy from some books in the past:
The simplicity and heart of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
Mysticism, universe-alignment, that subtle “magic behind the curtain” feeling
Whimsical worlds like Where the Wild Things Are
Playfulness with language
Also open to nonfiction, especially science-based books on meaning, identity, or how people find direction
Basically: something that rekindles my joy for reading and helps me rethink how I’m moving through life.
Any recs you love? Thanks 💛
