Suggest me some books for boys 11 and 13 who like video games and hunting
I just got my "adopt a family" assignment for this year. Most of what they've asked for is video games related and there's a note that says they hunt with their dad.

The 3 book Big Red series. A teenage boy living off the land with his father in a cabin in the Canadian woods comes across a runaway Irish setter show dog, and they become bonded.
Call it Courage. A Polynesian boy runs away by stealing a canoe and sailing to an uninhabited island and living off the land and sea.
My Side of the Mountain, obviously. City boy runs away to live off the land in the Catskills.
If they don’t need the protagonist to be male, then Island of the Blue Dolphins would be great. Indian girl marooned alone on an island off the California coast.
