Hey everyone! Looking for some books to read on vacation. I love absurdism, horror, and interesting narrators. Really interested in contemporary art and philosophy so love a juicy theme that’s kinda abstract— not that all of these have that.
Some books I loved include:
A Visit from the Goon Squad, Martyr!, Ubik, Demon Copperhead, Blood Meridian (any McCarthy really), Watchmen, The Hike, The Ruins, Ishmael, High Rise.
