I thought it would be fun to explore what people read specifically at night, IF that's a thing you do beyond just reading whatever your current book is.
What is a night time read?
Honestly, I leave this up to interpretation, but it could be something spooky, something cozy to fall asleep to, something that gives you comfort when you can't sleep, maybe your favorite author, etc.
For me, I've recently discovered that I really enjoy reading fantasy at night, which I think is probably pretty common. It's a total escape from our reality and as someone with pretty taxing mental problems, fantasy really takes me out of my head and rarely has anything real triggering. But I think what really makes it work well is when it's a series I am already established in with characters I love. It's just very comforting to go to sleep hanging out with some great fictional characters.
You can give me a favorite book, a favorite genre with a book, a series you read, or an author. And I'd love to hear why!

I like to read the latest chapter of The Wandering Inn right after it comes out on my iPad.
