Hi I’m looking for books that have good action, where the lead and hopefully some of the cast, is a monster. The literal kind, not necessarily cruel. I’m planning on writing a book and I’d like some good examples of fight scenes using claws and fangs. There’s tons of this in movies but I haven’t found much in the books I’ve read.
Honestly the best I’ve found so far was in “call of the wild”, with the different fights between the sled dogs. I’ve heard that “The One Who Eats Monsters” might be what I’m looking for, but I’d like some more that I can explore.
