Medieval Fantasy

So I’m looking for a western style fantasy book (Though I do enjoy web/light novels and am fine with east asian novels if there is a physical English translation) set in a sort of medieval period (preferably in a different world). I mainly want a book with war and military but still having politics, sort of like game of thrones. I’m fine with fantasy (magic, dragons, etc) or it only being set in another world with no magic etc. I’d also like some romance but it definitely isn’t a requirement. And I‘m only 17 and I’m not a freak so please keep spice to a minimum for recommendations. (if you can think of something similar to these specifications please recommend it to me, and I’m sorry if this post isn‘t very good it’s my first time on this subreddit)
