Looking for fantasy that hits some of these emotional beats.

To cut to the chase. I figured I'd list a few books (or other media) I like and what emotion particularly hit for me and why. Would super appreciate some fantasy recs that hit some (or all, if possible) of these.

Lord of the Rings: that feeling of closure. When the evil is slain, but pain lingers. But even if that pain lingers, it was worth it. For the companions we met along the way, perhaps this is goodbye, but I'll remember you forever.

Wheel of Time: we aren't the people we started as when this journey began. While I once dreamed of returning home, I've come to realize that I have changed so much that I would barely recognize it. Maybe time marched on while I was away, maybe my eyes have simply been opened to a wider world. Either way, for better or worse, my place is no longer there. Perhaps wandering the world, finding my place in it in spite of what others tell me I must be, is what I yearn for the most.

Broken Earth trilogy: I lost myself along the way. Maybe because of the choices I made, maybe because of trauma. But something inside me is different. Maybe broken. Will I rebuild myself, crumble, or build myself anew?

The Locked Tomb: the world sucks. You suck, you bastard (maybe said to a mirror). Just to spite you, I'm gonna beat you (up?).

Baldur's Gate 3: for a brief moment we ragtag group of adventurers came together, saved the day, but now we must part. Maybe we became friends. Maybe lovers. Maybe these events are just a small blip on the epic of my life. Maybe we'll adventure together sometime here and there. Maybe we'll just see each other once a year at a gathering. We may even have each other except for these memories of triumph. But for you who I love, take my everything, and give me your everything, so we can see what we can make of this world.
