A beautiful read rec

I'm a young girl and really want to get into reading, and I'm a sentimentalist at heart, so a nice book that touches the soul and teaches any type of lesson, I would like that, thanks. (doesnt have to be fiction)

I think I should start with shorter books too, I've been really into shoujo manga, but now I would like to try another medium.

I'm interested in philosophy, history, and psychology. idk if that helps, but ya
