Hi everyone! I’m looking for book recommendations for a 12-year-old girl. It’s a bit tricky because I’m not sure whether to lean more toward middle grade (ages 8–12) or the younger end of YA (12–18). Her info sheet didn’t include any preferred genres, but we’re thinking stories with female protagonists and diverse characters would be a great place to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
