If your issue is that you can’t finish a book, you need to find ones you like, not just five books that someone else thinks are good.

What type of TV or movies do you like? When someone tells a story about their life, what do you usually enjoy? Do you play video games? If yes, what types? These things won’t 100% direct you, but Jim from Delaware telling you to read the entire works of Shakespeare because its his favourite is unlikely to help you at all.
