Hi guys, I recently read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Philip K. Dick and absolutely loved it! Was searching for threads for similar novels and it seemed like Neuromancer and Snow Crash were recommended heavily.

I started reading Snow Crash, and while I am enjoying it a lot, I’d love for something with a bit of a heavier tone and focus on moral/ethical dilemmas. It doesn’t have to be science fiction specifically, but I do like a good dystopian setting. I am open to anything though! (My brother has been recommending Catch-22 for a while.)

I’ve previously read Fahrenheit 451, Frankenstein, 1984, Macbeth, etc. and loved them all. I am looking for more of the late 1900s writing style though, so suggestions would be nice!

    1. I, Robot. It has that moral focus but isn’t preachy, if that makes sense. It’s pure commentary. If you’ve seen the movie, the book is not very similar.
