I love reading fiction—especially classics, modern literature, and thrillers 👻—but I really struggle to get into the nonfiction genre.
I have managed to read some popular science books (like Nexus and The Anxious Generation) and a few parenting guides, but I'm now looking to dive into the self-help genre.
I'm not dealing with any major issues, but I do struggle with a few common challenges:
– Overthinking
– Getting angry too fast (I have two small children, so this is an everyday battle! 😅)
– Procrastination
I'm looking for book recommendations that offer actual, practical advice and are not filled with pseudo-science or overly complex jargon. I want books that are easy to read but contain genuinely quality, actionable information.
