If you’re into The Correspondent you should 100% read The Color Purple by Alice Walker. It’s all letters too, but the way it’s written is so emotional and to be honest I forgot it was an epistolary book half the time. Fair warning, it’s definitely on the heavier side but the character growth and the way the story unfolds through the letters is SOOO GOOOOD. Legit one of those books that sticks with you for months after you finish reading it.

Fair and Tender Ladies by Lee Smith.
84 Charing Cross Road by Helen Hanff.
Daddy Longlegs by Jean Webster.
Dracula, Bram Stoker, is sort of an epistolary novel — it’s more a collection of documents, including letters.
