Hey I am 27(M) and looking for a fantasy book that I can start reading and can help me enjoy books. Want to find that book that can get me to love reading. Not so great with books usually end up day dreaming while reading. Been wanting to read but I just can’t get my self to, since the books I try to read are either complicated to understand or I just get bored before anything good happens.
Any recommendation to start this book journey if I can get through the first book.

I find Terry Pratchett books to be funny and easily palatable if you like satire and storybook/folktale fantasy. The Witches series is what I usually recommend, first book is Equal Rites. Idk if this is taboo on here or not, but if you still find yourself struggling to maintain focus on this or any other books recommended to you, start small and try comics/webcomics/etc. I absolutely love to read but got burnt out during highschool, I’ve been building my attention span back up with Webtoon, and it’s working lol.
