Best Edgar Allan Poe collections?

Hi all, I'm looking for a good collection of Poe's works (especially short stories). I currently own this edition but according to the intro some language has been altered. My assumption (since this seems to be tailored for education) is that the stories have been changed so that younger readers can understand the text.

I'm looking for something that doesn't change the text. Is there a collected edition that I could seek out? Alternatively, for anyone that has knowledge on my edition, will I have a fine experience despite the changes? Thank you!
