I just finished dungeon crawler carl series and im looking for a new book or short(under 10 books) series to start.
Id prefer something with horror and fantasy thats a bit more fast paced. Im also happy with horror, fantasy, sci-fi, or a blend of any of those.
I loved dungeon crawler carl for how strong the female characters are and how they aren't used as sexy accessories. I also loved the humor and character relationships.
I also read the first book of bobiverse and liked the stuff with the new planet the most but the other plot lines weren't as interesting to me personally.
I've read the haar and liked the romance thought it was very sweet.
Other horror books ive enjoyed have been mainly stephen king, clive barker, and junji ito. Big fan of interesting characters and body horror.
Also please no religious stuff or anything with religion as a big focus of the book
Example: lost boys by orson scott card. Was sold as a horror book, to me was more a mormon family drama.
