I've just started to read Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel because I was intrigued in the idea of a theatre troup in the apocalypse and the preservation of culture.
But I want to ask, how much Cult stuff is there? Its not something I'm very interested in, I've seen it done a lot and its usually not very well done or deeply thought out. So I don't really want to continue if this is what its actually about.
