I’m looking for some good books about 9/11, either first hand accounts of people who were there or a thoroughly researched work compiling the accounts of other witnesses.
The climax of a writing project I’m working on currently takes place in NYC during the events of 9/11, so kinda want to get a baseline for what was happening on the ground there, so to speak. Not really going to be adapting or utilizing any one account in particular, just looking for something to get me in the ballpark of what the atmosphere in the city was like.
