I am interested in books about non-Abrahamic religions in Asia.
I want to read about the topic from a historical, sociological, anthropological perspective.
I am not interested in books about generic "spirituality", nor in books which try to argue the case for why a specific religion is true or false.
In other words, I am not looking for "religion X is true and religion Y is false" type of books, but for "these people believe in X, these are X's principles, this is how X shaped the history and culture of the region".
So don't try to convert me to New Age or to Buddhism 🙂
