I'm not sure if I want a book that specifically centers around grief. I'm just looking for a nonfiction book that centers around joy, whimsy, and softness. I've been struggling with having any wants or desires for myself at all, and all the typical "love yourself" and "happiness is a choice" type books just don't cut it for me anymore. I'm not sure if that makes much sense. But I don't want to view pain (in the form of grief) as something harmful. It's love. But now everything has shifted, and I need to relearn happiness with this new understanding in mind.
