I posted this on r/AskHistorians but it was immediately removed, hoping I have better luck here.
I recently read Allison Weir's "The Wars of the Roses" and that has sent me into a historical reading path. I am currently reading Paul Strathern's "The Medici" for an Italian Perspective and plan to follow it up with "The Borgias" by GJ Meyer for a Spaniard view. However, I think to get a good grasp of everything I need a comprehensive book on the Tudors which "Wars of the Roses" doesn't cover, a good view from the French side of things, one from the Holy Roman Empire perspective and something regarding the Ottoman Empire.
Anybody out there have any recommendations to help me round out my knowledge on this? I appreciate any advice.
