Hello people,
I started to read the book “nobody’s girl” by Virginia Roberts Giuffre. And it’s a hard read really..
I don’t know if it was discussed many times now and I’m sorry if it’s so, but I just need to talk a bit about it.
I just read chapter one and two. And I feel sick to my stomach. Normally I can watch and read everything, even if it’s kinda getting to my stomach, but why in hell did this woman deserve all this ?
I am not even at the Jeffrey Epstein beginning. Even before she met him, she endured so much trauma. Getting abused in “growing together”, raped in Miami by a random construction guy, getting in this old man’s penthouse, all that and she is not even 16.
I can’t understand, how cruel this world can be and especially that she got all this in just this short period of time in her youth years.
I don’t know, how many of you read that book, but it’s absolutely sick and should be talked about waay more, or maybe it went past me.
For everyone who didn’t read it and wants to read it in the future, it’s really hard to read, especially if you have kids.
The sad thing is, she allegedly killed herself, even tho she said herself that she is not suicidal and that if she dies and they say it was by suidide, it should be investigated.
This world is sick and books like this show the true color of the people, that somehow get away with it. Just sad
