hey guys! i’m looking for a thriller/mystery series through a detective’s perspective. i don’t want any books included in a 10+ book series. i love true crime, and trying to figure it out as you go with some twists and high stakes. i prefer female authors writing, but i am open. i would prefer them to be not standalone- maybe in a series of like 3-5 preferably!

As per your requirement I can suggest a high tech forensic crime thriller Murdrum Duology by Dr Sohil Makwana. It is just two book series and concluded the story in second part. Inspired by true crime, it is pure adrenalin rush with multiple twists and high stakes. I was hooked from page one of this serial killer mystery and it is was absolutely unpredictable through out.
