Looking for a gift for my girlfriend. Previously i got her the books "Dungeons and Drama" and "Dating and Dragons" by Kristy Boyce, which she enjoyed but she likes her books more mature (spicier) so i'm looking for recommendations. Her favorite authors are Lynn Painter, Colleen Hoover and Elle Kennedy.

Avid spice reader here, if she hasn’t already read it you could try Fourth Wing by Rebecca yarros for spice. And a really cool dungeon type series would be Dungeon Crawler Carl if she’s still on that kick. Fourth Wing has a lot of actual story and less spice, if you want something with more you could do something like Haunting Adeline though it does have a LOT of potentially harsh subjects.
Role Playing by Cathy Yardley is pretty popular.
