I’ve read captain blood, the sea hawk,etc..(all the naval classics)stranger tides, pirate latitudes, the fox naval series, the fletcher series, the flint and silver series. Then I read Wilbur smiths Courtney series and really enjoyed those especially the last one “storm tide”.. I just finished the second book from the lies of lock lamora series which was also a great read. I’m looking for something in the same era with lots of battles (sea or land) with a somewhat quick pace. Anyone have any suggestions?
