I always enjoy when a story so much more when it's about a group of main characters and not just the usual Male Lead + Female lead. It's not a book but it's the closest example that come to my mind right now is the show Vox Machina.
The genre could be fantasy, sci-fi, mystery… I'm not particularly set on one genre as long as it fits this criteria. If the group is diverse that could be a bonus.
Also I prefer if it's written in 3rd POV. Usually first POV tends to give me that Wattapad/ fanfiction feeling which makes me immediately stop reading. And finally I don't mind if romance is sprinkled in as long as it's not the main plot.
Thank you for your help and sorry if I ended up being more picky than I initially intended.

The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan
The ‘Six of Crows’ duology, by Leigh Bardugo.
✅ Fantasy.
✅ Written in third person.
✅ Barely any romance in it.
✅ Multiple POVs (six characters).
The story is set in Ketterdam ; Kaz Brekker, the “main” protagonist, finds himself offered a chance to accomplish a deadly heist (for reasons you’ll find out while reading) and, in order to accomplish it, allies himself with other criminals/outcasts (who all have their own interests in this endeavor). The book is originally meant for a young adult public, but it is really well written and interesting, and full of “action”.
