I just finished this book and it was absolutely phenomenal. Looking for my next read and I think I want to stick with memoirs that relate to natural disasters/famous disasters written by those who were there (similar to this memoir telling the fatal events from the 96 summit to Everest). I’m open to other Everest memoir suggestions as well as any others that give similar insights!
Bonus: Feel free to also suggest your favourite memoir in general (regardless of topic)!!
I typically read memoirs on true crime and adventure however I have read and enjoyed others such as Educated by Tara Westover and I’m glad my mom died
