Hi I am Someone that struggle with my sleep pattern a lot, something which is causing me a fair few issues. To keep it short I wanna try to get some structure for getting to sleep. So I wanna try reading, Sadly I struggle to get my focus on most books. Books I have enjoyed are books like Gullivers travels and the first half of the hobbit, Kinda slow journal like books. Any suggestions anyone can give me ?
