I used to be an avid reader and now it's been years since I picked up a book. I really want to get back into it. The last book I enjoyed was The City and The City by China Miéville, if you have any suggestions that feel even vaguely like that I'll check them out! I like things that are kind of gritty and a bit confusing or strange.
Sorry that's probably not much to go of of but worth a shot! I'm pretty open to any suggestions.
