I just reread oryx and crake, and one of the things i love so much about it is how early 2010s the internet in their world feels despite the advancement in bio fields. does anyone know of other sci-fis that aged lobsided, with weird blindspots and things taken for granted. not exactly a trope but i love reading it soo much.
(bonus points for sci-fi with archaic www!! )
