I need an interesting book to listen to or read, and I lack recommendations.

I am 14m and like most Y/A and Adult fiction as long as it's well written, although fantasy and science fiction are my favorites. I need some suggestions as I feel like I have read everything good. (I know it's impossible that I have, I really just need suggestions).
