I’m nearly 30, living in a smallish town where I know hardly anyone. I strongly believe you are the sum of the people you spend time with most but what if you don’t have many “high-value” people around you, have no one older and wiser to talk to, etc. Are there any books that could sort of take the place of that? Doesn’t necessarily have to be self-help

For self help options, atomic habits and the subtle art of not giving a fuck.
Edit: guess these ones aren’t loved by reddit, lmao. Still, when I was going through a phase of reading self-help books these two helped me the most, so whatever, I stand by them.
