Big fan of and have read most of; Sun-Mi Hwang, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Jose Saramago, Han Kang, and probably many more I can’t think of just now.

_The Lost Steps_ by Alejo Carpentier.
The Dinner by Herman Koch. I love how somehow he takes the time frame of a dinner and creates an entire captivating story.
Butter by Asako Yuzuki. I wasn’t sure I was enjoying it, and yet I could not put it down and actually think I am going to re-read it, as I cannot stop thinking about it.
