she loves romance, cats, and horses, as well as a variety of other extremely niche topics. she said she’s more interested in a plot driven novel than a prose based novel, and I’m sure character driven would be fine. as long as it’s mostly uplifting, has cute animals, better yet baby animals, and it’s not about a devastating time in history. we don’t have the type of relationship where it’s appropriate for me to gift anything with sex scenes or anything too explicit. she said that if a human dies in a book it’s ok, but she cannot have any animal deaths.
the midnight library is something I brought up because there’s a nice enough love story and there’s a cat, the biggest drawback is that the cat and a polar bear both die
pride and prejudice is pretty pg, but there’s no animals.
