These are some of my absolute favourites. I haven’t read anything in a while and looking to get back in.
Never let me go (Kazuo Ishiguro)
Clara and the sun (Kazuo Ishiguro)
Satanic verses (Salaman Rushdie)
100 years of solitude (Gabriel García Márquez)
Butter (Asako Yuzuki)
Stories of your life (Ted Chiang)
Mouldy strawberries (Caio Fernando Abreu)
Reaper man (Terry Pratchett)

Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel would appeal to a fan of Never Let Me Go and Klara, I think. Also The Bone Clocks and Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell.
House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende is a spiritual successor to 100 Years of Solitude imho.
God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy is up there with Salman Rushdie’s best.
The Three Body Problem by Cixin Liu is a controversial pick (some people hated it) but I love it and it reminds me of Chiang.
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams is like a sci-fi version of Terry Pratchett’s fantasy novels.
