I’m looking for books about women in abusive relationships. Not physically abusive. I want to give a book to someone I know to maybe sharpen their gaze for what is happening to them, as talking about it hasn’t worked in the past. I want the book to be low-key so she will at least start it and can have it around her home without him noticing. So no „Getting out of abusive relationships“ or „Supporting Women after domestic violence“ kind of books, unfortunately.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a romance gone wrong novel or something?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
