Book series I’ve already read that fit this: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon; A Court of Thorns and Roses by SJM. I’ve tried reading SJM’s other series and I don’t like them. I’ve also read like every single book by Cassandra Claire, but I don’t like her books anymore and/or they skew too young for me. I don’t want any YA suggestions.
Most romance series, esp if contemporary, follow a new couple each book. I don’t like this. I get invested into this couple and then they get married and… that’s it?? That’s too short! I want to follow one couple for like their entire life and/or watch them defeat the bad guys!
I don’t even know if a trilogy is gonna be long enough for me. I want like Outlander-sized books and book series chronicling the life and times of one couple. Does this even exist outside of Outlander?
