Gods, or other immortal, all-powerful beings, exist. They have no needs, they don't have corporeal bodies they need to maintain, and anything they could possibly want, they could just poof into existence. There's nothing they need to do besides exist. They are, rightfully, bored.
That's the book I'm looking for. Got recommendations for anything along those lines?

The One Punch Man manga is pretty close. A super powerful man gets bored because there’s no one to challenge him
Mythos? It’s all the drama that their boredom causes. Excellent.
My brain went immediately to Death Note lol. Ive only seen the anime but maybe the manga would work?
The first Discworld novel is basically the gods playing DnD with their heroes. But it’s also a dated satire on 80s fiction and people don’t recommend it as the _first_ discworld novel. (I disagree, I started there and had a ton of fun)
Outcast in Another World, on Kindle.
Circe by Madeline Miller-she has a someday outside perspective on the Gods which was fun.
The Lovely War by Julie Berry- Gods fighting in a hotel room about love and war. They tell stories about people from their perspective
Illuminations by Alan Moore. It’s a book of short stories by the ideas are BIG—one follows evolution on a galactic scale and your prompt describes it well.
