I’ve just finished "Kitchen" by Banana Yoshimoto, and I loved how poetic and gentle the writing is, and how it explores human connections, grief, loneliness, and emotional reflection without ever feeling heavy or dramatic, just beautiful.
I’m looking for book recommendations with a similar sensibility. Stories that are introspective, emotionally nuanced, and beautifully written. I’m especially interested in books that focus on relationships, inner worlds, and the small moments of life.
Any recommendations? Thank you very much!
