I am choosing January’s book club read & I really want to do a Fantasy – it is the only genre we have not yet covered. About half the group regularly reads Fantasy, the other half never have. That being said, I have had my eye on “Blood Over Brighthaven” for a while – for those that have read it, is this a good choice that is A- going to be some’s intro to the genre and B- will incite strong conversation?
If not, open to great picks that work for both of those criteria.
