I read The Change by Kirsten Miller a few years ago and really enjoyed it, especially the character development and the witchy feminist vibes.
I was thinking of buying it for my mom as a gift as she also likes reading, but I’m worried it’s too dark. She’s read books with dark themes before but they were more romance than crime.
I’ve also been recommended Lessons in Chemistry, but I’ve never read this so I don’t know much about it.
Any advice would be appreciated!
