I am looking for books similar to Carmen Maria Machado’s “In the Dream House” and “Her Body and Other Parties.” I like the creative and short story element of her body and other parties as well as another book “Cowboys are my Weakness.” I also love “when Women Were Birds” by Terry Tempest Williams. They are all kind of about women’s experiences, LGBT, feminist, as well as maybe memoir or short stories? That’s what I am going for. Any suggestions?
