Any good Monster-of-the-Week book series?

I’m hoping to find a book series where each book features a different monster that the main characters have to face against.

I already know about Beast Quest and SeaQuest, both written by the same author.

And I’m not looking for anthology books like Goosebumps or American Chillers.
