Good morning from Canada! 🇨🇦
I have been on and off when it comes to the hobby of reading, however when I do read, the only ones I typically read are things that offer me knowledge, wisdom, and insight. One of my favourite books is called "The little book of hygge" because it actually changed my way of living. Id like to think and have also been told by my therapist that im fairly self aware (i know hes supposed to make me feel better but he can't lie to me..right?) And I want to expand on that awareness.
Id love books that can help improve my life, so with that being said, I'll vaguely list a few "problem areas" of mine that might aid in your suggestion choices:
- toxic family but keep getting guilted to stick around
- no motivation/laziness
- not interested in my old hobbies anymore but would like to be
- 29 and no career path
These are the things im more focused on changing right now so id appreciate any suggestions that could help me in these areas! Thank you so much!
